The bechele software is now hosted on github.
The latest version may be downloaded from github using the following link:

Alternatively you may download one of the ready prepared image files – THIS IS MY RECOMMENDATION – because installing all the prequisites is still not too easy.
SD Card Image files are available for RaspberryPi 1b, RaspberryPi 3b and OrangePi-PC

To check the file integrity you may check against the sha512 checksum files published on the image download page.
